Yes, at the Mockingbird Storage in Rogers Ar, we have storage garages for parking storage. The size of the exterior access storage units are 10′ x 20′, 10′ x 25′, or 10′ x 30′, but the vehicle you are storing would have to be 12×20, 12×30, and 12×50. Access to this area is computer-controlled, which limits entry to only our customers who have rented spaces in this area.

This facility is equipped with computer-controlled access to the building and storage area and motion-sensitive digitally-recorded video cameras throughout the facility.

There are two standard storage unit doors, the swing door and the roll-up door. Most of the smaller units—such as lockers that range from 5′ x 5′ to 5′ x 10’—will have either swing doors or roll-up doors, which both have about a 3-foot opening. For larger units—such as 10′ x 10′, 10′ x 15′, 10′ x 20′, and bigger—they will have roll-up doors that have about an 8-foot opening.

Some units have outlets but storage units are not built with electrical outlets, but that doesn’t mean one can’t be added based on your needs. After you pay for installing the outlet, electricity can be provided to your storage space for a small monthly fee. Our walk-in storage spaces are about 8-feet tall, with the door opening about 6.5-feet high. If available, locker storage units are approximately 4-feet tall with the door opening about 2.5 – 3-feet high.
